Price moves through three phases. Pressure Box is built around the first one, because that is where the biggest moves are born.
Compression
The market coils. Ranges tighten into Inside Days and quiet sessions. This is the Pressure Box.
Expansion
The pressure releases and price breaks out of the range. This is the move you want to be in.
Exhaustion
